Overview
You can visualize what events are taking place on campus in a calendar view.
How To Do It
Step 1: Click on Events in the menu on the left-hand side.
Step 2: Click “Calendar View”. This view will give you only non-academic events.
Step 3 (Optional): If you would also like classes and academic events to appear, in the top-right corner check the box “Show Academic Events”.
Step 4 (Optional): To save this view, click on Saved Views and “Save Current View”.
Step 5: Name this view (e.g. Events & Academic Events) and click “Save”.
Step 6 (Optional):
- To save this view as your default view, click on the top right drop down menu and select Account Settings.
- Select the saved view as your Default View.
Additional Notes
Events remain on the calendar indefinitely; there is no limit to their visibility on the calendar.
